Diagnosis

Acne (acne) is a frequent skin condition that mainly affects young people with puberty, and because of hormonal processes, boys are more prone to it. There is currently no clear evidence to support the removal of fatty foods and chocolate from the diet to prevent acne, but a healthy, balanced diet in which many fruits and vegetables can help improve their condition. What causes acne?
